I spent 6 years at Wise, helping scale from startup to 10 million customers and a $11 billion IPO—the first direct tech listing in UK history. Before that, I was one of the first hires and led performance marketing at HouseTrip as it became Europe's largest holiday rental platform (acquired by TripAdvisor).
I've built marketing teams of 100+ people. Run eight-figure budgets across paid search, social, SEO, affiliates, influencers, podcast, out of home, TV, CRM, and offline. I've scaled growth focused data capability, creative excellence and product teams. I've worked across organisations to not only bring clarity, scale and predictability but also to move a business to profitability in highly complex environments. I know what good looks like at every stage—and I know how to get there.
I enjoy what I do but I don't do marketing for marketing's sake. I enjoy impact and building businesses that can scale and sustain themselves over the long term.
